STUDIO NMR

Art is my way of preserving what words can’t.

Whether I’m creating a film, painting a memory, or documenting a day through candid content, every piece begins with the same intention: to preserve not just how a moment looked, but how it felt.

After spending nearly a decade living in Argentina, I returned to the United States with a deep appreciation for culture, connection, and the stories that shape us. Today, I create work in both English and Spanish, blending documentary honesty with an editorial eye to create work that feels timeless.

Every commission begins with a personal video consultation where we merge our visions, explore your story, and discover what matters most to you. Whether we’re creating a film, a painting, or content for your brand, that conversation becomes the foundation for everything we create together.

FINE ART

Not every memory has a photograph.

Some begin with a story. Others with a place, a feeling, or simply an idea.

Those are the moments I love bringing to life.

A photograph captures a moment in time; a painting captures the way it lives on in your memory.

My work lives in the space between realism and impressionism, grounded enough to preserve a recognizable likeness, yet expressive enough to leave room for movement, atmosphere, and emotion.

Rather than pursuing photographic perfection, I intentionally leave traces of the artist’s hand. Loose brushstrokes, layered textures, and expressive mark-making allow each painting to feel alive, inviting the viewer to experience a memory instead of simply observing it.

I don’t paint photographs.

I paint the emotions, relationships, and moments that photographs can only begin to describe.

Some commissions begin with a photograph. Others begin with a conversation.

Whether it’s the joy of a wedding day, the calm of the ocean, the personality of a beloved pet, a meaningful landscape, a family story, or a scene that has only ever existed in your imagination, every painting is created to reflect the feeling behind it, not just the image itself.

While acrylic is my primary medium, I often incorporate mixed media when it strengthens the story we’re telling. Depending on each commission, this may include textured mediums, graphite, charcoal, oil pastels, metallic leaf, glass beads, collage elements, or other carefully selected materials that bring additional depth, movement, and character to the finished piece.

No two commissions are approached the same way. Every material, texture, and brushstroke is chosen intentionally to support the emotion and atmosphere of your story.

Available Formats

• Gallery-wrapped canvases with hand-painted edges, allowing the artwork to continue seamlessly around every side.

• Integrated frame paintings, where the frame itself becomes part of the composition, allowing the artwork to flow beyond the canvas into the frame itself.

Every painting begins with a conversation. Together, we’ll explore your story, your vision, and the feeling you hope to preserve, creating an original work of art that is deeply personal and unmistakably yours.

FILM

Preserving the feeling of a day.

Long after the music fades and the flowers are gone, what remains are the moments you never realized were happening.

A glance across the room.

A parent’s quiet smile.

The nervous laughter before your vows.

These are the moments I look for.

My films are rooted in documentary storytelling with an editorial eye. Rather than directing every moment, I quietly observe, anticipating genuine connection as it naturally unfolds.

Every story is different, so every film is crafted specifically around you, not a formula.

CONTENT CREATION

Preserving the moments in between.

Some memories deserve polished cinema.

Others deserve to be remembered exactly as they happened.

Content creation is about capturing the conversations, laughter, little details, and behind-the-scenes moments that often become the memories people treasure most.

Whether documenting an entire wedding on an iPhone or creating intentional content for a growing brand, I adapt my approach to fit your personality and vision.

MY PHILOSOPHY

“I don’t create memories. I preserve the feeling of them.”

— Nicole Margaret Roberts

Whether I’m holding a paintbrush, a cinema camera, or an iPhone, my purpose never changes.

I’m drawn to quiet moments, genuine connection, changing light, and the beauty found in everyday gestures.

My role isn’t to manufacture those moments.

It’s to recognize them.

To preserve them.

And to transform them into something lasting.

Years from now, my hope is that my work doesn’t simply remind you of what happened.

I hope it reminds you how it felt.
